Ingredients

1 serving

Main ingredients

  • 10 g Oat flour
  • 6 g Pea Protein Isolate
  • 4 g Cocoa powder
  • 7 g Peanut butter
  • 20 ml Oat milk
  • 10 g Dark chocolate

Seasonings and other

  • a pinch Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix into a Cookie Dough

Combine the oat flour, pea protein isolate, cocoa powder, peanut butter, oat milk, and a pinch of sea salt in a bowl. Stir the mixture until it reaches a thick, cookie dough–like consistency.

  2. Shape and Chill

Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls using a circular motion between your palms (they don’t need to be perfectly even). Arrange them on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them set.

  3. Melt the Chocolate

Chop the dark chocolate into small, even pieces, then place it in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Make sure the water does not touch the bowl. Stir frequently until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

  4. Coat and Finish

Dip each chilled bite into the melted chocolate, flipping it with a fork to coat fully. Lift it out carefully, place it back on the plate, and sprinkle with a little sea salt. Once all the bites are coated, return them to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.

  5. Store and Enjoy

Keep the finished bites in an airtight container in the fridge. They’re ready to be savored whenever you need a sweet, protein-packed treat.
